Reverse osmosis water is healthy

An adult human body contains over 60% water. The most important function of water is to excrete waste and other substances harmful to the body through the kidneys and skin. However, it requires that the water does not have too many harmful substances.

Millions of people have been drinking reverse osmosis water for years without problems. Humans have been drinking rainwater for millennia.

Reverse osmosis removes many substances from the water.

Reverse osmosis system removes between 90 and 100% of all solids in the water. Reverse osmosis removes inorganic minerals, pollutants including viruses, bacteria, pesticides, arsenic, fluoride, drugs, mercury, nitrate, microbes, heavy metals, all radioactive materials, and many more. The presence of other hard metal minerals (some are radioactive!) is suspected of causing several degenerative diseases.

Inorganic versus organically bound minerals

In connection with photosynthesis, plants absorb the necessary minerals from the earth's crust, which consists of dead inorganic minerals. When these elements or minerals in photosynthesis are combined with e.g. carbon they become ORGANICLY BOUND minerals, that can be processed by us humans.

We humans get minerals from the food we eat, not from water. Water is NOT food. Humans need and can best absorb organically bound minerals, which are only available in living organisms such as plants and vegetables. Inorganically bound minerals, such as those found in tap water, can be absorbed by the body, but to a much lesser extent, only approx. 6-30 percent
